    Luminous = regular card Luminescent = refractor like finish on front only Illuminator = refractor like finish front and back and mostly see through card hope this helps

    Like he said probably a factory replacement. There are a lot of examples on Joe's site of Pacific cards without serial numbers that are factory replacements.
