Do you have to be in the PSA Collector's Club to submit a crossover grade?
I'm not well versed in PSA's policies as I normally use BGS. I have a graded card slabbed by BGS. Can I submit this to PSA for a crossover grade in their holder without being in the Collector's Club? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Allen -
