The scratched ones I'm referring too are more of a scuff. I ignore scratches but the scuffing is very evident and takes away from the eye appeal. I wanted to sell these days back so I'll just sell for less and deal with that. The chipped ones will need to go back though. Bummer on the bags. They...
I want to start off by saying I do appretiate the discount I get with my subs. But should I have to sacrifice good customer service for it? Do you guys cut Topps some slack when they fall behind and have to offer up a XXXXty CL or use redemptions? Hell no you dont. Dont forget FCB is a business...
So BGS screwed up. We have 2 pricing tiers 10 day and 20 day. So the 10 day guys got really screwed. BGS offer up any recourse for that? If someone submits directly to BGS they get the whole sub free if they fail to meet the deadline. I assume that is not the case with "us". Why not? Is it...
Here, I'll try to BS you-
Well you see, it's hard. I'm new, they're new and stuff happened. You will get your cards. You get a heck of a deal. So you have to deal. That whole ANY service level free grading deal...does not apply to you. We meant any other service level than the one you have...

I've seen multiple holograms that had multiple different "cards" printed over one another and are assumed to be tests while saving card stock. I assume the no ink, holo visable was a unintentional mistake where they though the back sheet was inked when they applied the holograms.
I used to think that it was a "hookup" and rolled with the punches but later read Chris state awhile back that FCB did make a little off group subs. I don't have a link to quote him saying that but I'm pretty sure. Not many businesses survive non-profit without making a profit.
It only works if you send in cards that are not frequently submitted and note down before hand what is in the BGS pop. report for that card. Then around the time your grades should be ready, revisit the pop report and the "new" grade for that card could be yours.
