Thanks, yeah I’m basing my theory only on this Diffractor because it’s the only one I’ve got that went from pack to soft sleeve and then to me. It’s by far the worst condition 1998 Tek I’ve ever encountered with pretty major surface and structural issues. I’ve seen some other pretty shabby...
Thanks again to Rich for putting together this group break. My cards arrived quickly and safely. I've only ever seen 1998 Tek singles after they've exchanged hands who knows how many times, so I was excited to see what pack fresh cards looked, smelled, and felt like. Most of the cards came out...
Yaaaaas! Thanks Rich! I thought it was 1 Diffractor per box sooo, wow. In solidarity with you, I will now go watch paint dry on the wall while I wait for your shipment. ;) Thanks again and I hope I catch the next one with the same players and each one after that.
I was stifling open laughter...
I am so very excited. Pack-fresh cards of my fave players in my fave 90s base set, with a shot at Diffractor. I wish I could see it all on video. Probably going to be the highlight of my week. Does that sound sad?

I literally have the same problem. The 3 inch I bought from there is junk. What’s the point if the rings separate?
I read somewhere bcw is more durable than ultra pro, so I just picked some up to move my sheets over.
As Jay Z once said: Ain't no stoppin, the champagne from poppin, the drawers from droppin, the law from watchin...
...for those who know baseball card facts. And I'll be honest, I knew none of these facts. Neat post. Moar!
Whew, *just* made it out in time. Would've been tough to compete with a national holiday but now it's basically a birthday party with the after party of all after parties built in. Congrats :)
I asked this on another board and it was there that I read the community here is among the most knowledgeable, so... 25, 50, or 100 years from now, which baseball card from the 1980s and 1990s will turn out to be the rarest, most coveted, and therefore most valuable: 1987 Donruss Opening Day...
