Topps Million Giveaway Question
I want some cards shipped to me and was wondering if California residents required to pay the s/h handling charges? I assume so, but I read somewhere that they aren't required. Can someone clarify or point me in the right direction. Thanks -

USA retail box set
I received a Topps USA retail box set as a gift - marked $9.99 on the box - I'm pretty sure it was purchased from a Target or some similar retail store [Walmart maybe]. For ten bucks, it likely doesn't have the guaranteed hits, but it is odd that it is the first time I've seen it. -

Topps return question
I have to return a damage card I pulled from a hobby box of 2010 Bowman Chrome - is it absolutely necessary to include the packs and the receipt in addition to the card? Of course I need the packs for the redemption and I bought the box from an online source, so I do not have a receipt. Thanks -
