Correct. Every blue border player has a promo version.
I’ve seen several over the last 15 years, mostly commons. Jeff Russell and Fred McGriff have been listed in the Gilkeson E&V guides since 1990.

But the majority of these situations are Baseball focused since that is what I specialize in. I'm assuming PSA doesn't have a different person handling each category for new set info?
I am having incredible difficulty getting PSA to grade a fully licensed, USA made and distributed, mass market non-sport card set. Set is listed in TCDB, graded by SGC and is a major release.
I have sent them everything they could possibly need to "verify" the cards, down to the still-active...
Leema seems to have a great source for early UD proof stuff, I love looking through his listings.
There was someone on this board (or maybe the CU or old Beckett forums) who posted a 100ct lot of the Gary Sheffield. This was many, many years back and I haven't seen evidence of others in bulk...

I could’ve sworn I had been bidding on these but I must have just watched them and missed on the end since they look to have sold to the lone bidder.
I noticed a color bar variance between the pack issue and promos pictured in the auction.
I was the high bidder on these lots much of the way but was not smart enough to set a reminder! The paperwork alone would’ve made for great blog content and more than paid for itself, a true steal for...
I had never seen the 1992 promos until an eBay auction for a large lot of dealer promo/order materials sold on eBay a few weeks back. I simply missed the end of the auction or I would’ve grabbed the lot. Sold very cheap and the same seller sold lots for hockey and football as well.
He has an...
