However, I can't find a total case production run or an individual card print run to use in working out how many autos there are.
Does anyone know?
I've used COMC to sell sports cards for a few years and am pretty happy with the site for that purpose.
How good of a marketplace is it for MTG cards? I see MTG cards on the site, but not a lot of sellers. Are there a lot of buyers?
Link to auction.
2007 Bowman Chrome Refractor autos were all serial numbered to 500. This card has no serial numbering, plus the auto looks way off from Timmy's autos on his other 2007 cards.
Updated: I'm re-purposing this thread to be a general SF Giants fan and collecting discussion and showoff thread.
I've been a die-hard Giants fan since I first got into baseball in 1989. For the past few years I've been collecting SF Giants related cards exclusively. Mostly just...
There's a card for former RHP Jesse Floyd in both 2004 and 2005 Bowman Chrome. The 2004 Bowman Chrome has a lefty with the Rangers on it, and the 2005 card has him with the Giants. Looking at his baseball-reference.com page, he was never with the Rangers. The backs of the cards are of the...
In the 2002 Bowman's Best set, the veteran card color parallels are all serial numbered, but the autos and game used are not.
Has anyone figured out what sort of print run the color autos have?
I have a BIN/OBO listing, but during the time that it's been running, I've had 0 offers through the site, but have just fielded my 9th "will you take $xx" type email. I've asked each of those guys to use the best-offer function instead of emailing me, but they just go silent and never do.
Is...
I see some of those Bowman Chrome "proof" cards pop up on Ebay from time to time. Sometimes they're a card that was never actually released, but was apparently part of the original autograph lineup for that year.
Does anyone know if the players take issue with being presented these proof cards...
Giants posted this pic on Twitter a while back while wishing Matt Cain a happy birthday. He's holding some cards that I haven't seen before. Anyone know the set? I'm guessing it was some sort of SGA, but it doesn't appear to be one of the DAV sets or one of the Topps branded team sets they...
I'm generally pleased with the results, but didn't expect an 8.5 sub on the Bum...

Mark Kotsay mentioned a few weeks ago that he was retiring at the end of the season.
After striking out against SF's Barry Zito to end the top half of the 8th inning of the final game of the season, Kotsay laid his bat, helmet, and batting gloves on home plate and walked back to the dugout. He...
I mean, come on, it's the middle of April 2013, and they're still releasing back-dated 2012 products?
In 5 or 10 years, will we still remember that this product was released so late?
They never included the Evan Gattis card in the 2012 Bowman Chrome set, yet there are over-sized and unsigned "proofs" hitting Ebay.
Are there any other cases like this, when a player's only card gets cut from a set, but unreleased "proofs" find their way onto the open market?
