    Is this a buyback?

    I found this in a sorted box I was getting ready for ebay. I believe I got it a large lot about two years ago, but I just now noticed the hand numbering. Is this a buyback of some sort? It doesn't seem to be stamped in any form. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

    Been enjoying the blasters.

    Retail hasn't looked to bad lately. 2 Blaster of Heritage. 1 Blaster and two packs of BDPP. The GU and Stamp came in the same blaster.
