Oh Super Sweet 90's Inserts.... #3

I apologize if this has been answered but Ripken's streak ended in 1998 at 2680 games. The number was probably just fresh in the company's mind!

2018 topps cards look sharp to me

Here's hoping they don't use those color cones again. Not a fan.

    HOF '18 Results (43%)

Vlad's a 2nd ballot guy, just missed last year. I was totally bummed. Can't wait for the reveal tomorrow! *missed your first, my bad!

When do you get outta the hobby?

I was in a similar boat towards the end of 2017 but for different reasons. After using the hobby to self-fund about 90% of my purchases in 2017, December rolled around and I was simply tired of rolling cards in and out just to afford another higher-end card to flip a few months down the road. I...

How do I get into hockey as a baseball guy?

Depends what kind of collector you are. Traditional/set builder-stick to sets like Upper Deck Series 1 and 2, maybe SP Authentic. Autograph/memorabilia collector: Shoot for products like UD Ice, Black Diamond, SP Game Used Super-duper high end--just blow 2000 on a few boxes of the Cup and...

You can submit a card to PSA without being a member. They changed that a few years ago.

    A Piece of history

Beautiful card from a beautiful set. Do you have any others?

No mention of Upper Deck's new ePack program on here?

Doesn't get much better than McDavid and Eichel. That's a huge haul. Upper Deck base hockey reminds me of Topps Heritage. The SPs bring big bucks, especially the rookies.

WTTF 2015 Topps Heritage High Numbers needs/ft

I have dupes of the following. Only issue--I have the set x 2 at this point so I'd rather just sell. Can do the lot for 5 delivered, let me know. 519 706 711 717 724

    Agreed, just extraneous nonsense.

    Hot / Cold list suggestions

Heritage High Variations are selling very well. The big rookies are selling for almost twice what they were at release (photo variations and color swaps, anyway).

Who gets into the HOF in 2016

Hopefully Vlad gets in next year. I wouldn't bet on it but I really hope he gets in sooner rather than later.

I am so so sorry Nats fans

I posted this on BO but I must post it again here. Drew must know something about somebody in MLB to continue getting paid like this. It's ridiculous. He's been beyond terrible for a long, long time.

FS The random 90s/early 2000s star player rolling insert FS thread.

Hi all--really trying to clear out some inventory. I wouldn't call these resale lots as the market is pretty dry for these. However, the prices are solid. First lot of six includes the following for 10 bucks. Or shoot me a price. I'm pretty likely to accept if it's not a complete low ball...

how can this be a accident? Hanson death?

Sure you can. I'm not going to go into details but I've been around a lot of people who do a lot of things, and it can very well cause some serious accidents. Some people might argue semantics about what is and isn't an accident, but if you take a little too much of product A, a little too much...

93 Finest vs 93 Finest Refractor - Which Card is This? HELP

It's not a Refractor. The color would be coming through other areas. (the green borders, the picture, you name it). The angle you're referring to might just be the glare hitting the already colored area of the card. Also--here's the card...
