I have a PSA 10 Ripken Red and paid more than $1,300 for it. Just curious what people thought. Ripken is probably one of the better cards in the set. If Griffey is $10k+ it would seem Ripken would be $3k perhaps.

You should have just returned them and left neutral feedback with a fact-based, emotionless explanation of the transaction only. The last comment to the seller was cruel and served no purpose whatsoever.

The card with the clipped corner came in a dealer sample with several other insert cards. It was clipped to prevent resale. My understanding is it is the same as the regular version, just with a clipped corner.

Actually, the PSA 10 became a PSA 8. The seller took down the auction and sent it in and had it regraded. It was damaged in the grading process. If you check the population report you will see a PSA 9 is now the highest graded. I own the PSA 9 and bought it for $1,250 raw on eBay in 2012 and...
