    My local PO refuses to send anything PWE if it can't be machined so I have to mail anything like that from the PO across from my office in a different town. They just stamp it and move on. And USPS wonders why they've been having issues with funding and customer satisfaction.

    No. If Pattern #1 is harder to get it's because of the market, not production.

    For Belle, Iím pretty sure the #2 pattern is much tougher for some reason.
