A quick recap :
1. Find the player next to the number you selected. You also have the players directly above/below/left/right. No diagonals.
2. Only the Opening Day game counts toward your scoring
3. The highest combined score wins
4. To simplify the scoring for batter outs, simply count those accrued while batting (strikeouts, groundouts, flyouts, popouts, etc..). Outs accrued on the basepath will not be counted.
Please post your score in this thread. Anyone is free to check your scores. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, April 3rd. Good luck.
SCORING
Batters
Outs: -25 points
Walks: 10 points
Hits: 20 points
RBIs: 25 points
Runs: 30 points
Home Runs: 50 points
Starting Pitchers
Innings (rounded up to the nearest whole number): 10 points
Strikeouts: 10 points
Walks allowed: -3 points
Hits allowed: -5 points
Win: 100 points
Loss: -50 points
