The odds on getting 1 pack, would be 1 in 41 cases
Not sure where you came up with that number. Weren't there around 10k cases produced, so 1 per case. Seems reasonable to me.

IP Address would be no different than households. I go to my neighbor, mother-in-law, my sister, etc...
But you would still need to open the boxes fast and this way I think the packs would be gone faster than mailing.

sorry math was off, I divided by 1000, instead of 10000, and used 10 boxes instead of 8...so its about 1:5.2 cases...
and I was just using the jumbo odds as if there was not retail or hobby boxes
