They can under the new rules, sigend of by the mlb and the mlbpa. And they already have done it.

Its in the post #92 , where I quoted a report. About just cause. Thats all they need now to suspend.

I know that. You made it sound like they have previously suspended a player without a failed test, so I was asking who that was. I read you wrong.
