2013 Bowman redemption Not Showing

Sorry if been discussed. I couldn't find it in a search. Redeemed Jurickson Profar Blue refractor auto. Is no longer showing as pending redemption. Doesn't show up at all. LMK if anybody else having trouble.

I did for a while, had to reenter them. If site won't take yours then you'll have to call Topps CS to get them to reactivate it

Topps announced on their website not long ago that not all the redemption codes had been put into the system yet.
