I've pulled one Superfractor in my years collecting - 2008 Bowman Chrome Prospect (non-auto) of Gerardo Parra.
Sold it on eBay for just above $500 back then - I watch for it occasionally and noticed it popped up on the Bay this month for under $500BIN. I don't remember the buyer, so I can't tell if it has changed hands or it's the guy that bought it from me.
Kinda cool to see it pop up again - I guess my original sale was a decent sale.
