Looks like the Phillies might have a new ace for the future. It might cost them $50,000,000-$60,000,000 though.

How soon will he get added to upcoming releases? I've heard from a relative in FL that the Phillies may use him in the majors within 2 weeks if he passes his physical.

Passes his physical. He should be able to throw 200 innings this year for that money.
