eBay bucks and returns

Does anyone know if you send something back and seller issues a refund do you forfeit the eBay bucks that you used?? How does it work?? Thanks for any help

I would have to think so since they have no actual cash value.

You just get the ebay bucks to spend again. I was wondering where I got 40 bucks from one time then remembered I returned an item.

This. The eBay bucks get returned to your eBay bucks account and you have a month to spend them after they are returned to the account. I returned an item last month and had the eBay bucks available to me to spend with a day or so.
