***Alert Stolen Sport's Card Collection Need Help***

Dear fellow FCB card members:

The worst thing that can happen to a card collector has happened to me and I really need your help. About a week and half ago my prized sports collection was stolen. I unfortunately can’t go into details but hoping everyone can help me recover as much of my beloved collection as possible.

I live in Chicago and have seen some of the cards on Ebay all the way in Florida. Please refrain from buying any of these cards as all the cards are stolen property as I don’t want to see any collector burned from these purchases. Almost everyone thus far has been great in turning over items.
I am offering up a $10,000.00 reward to help me find, and recover my cards back home. I will disperse it is accordingly via Paypal for every card returned safely.

I have opened up my Photobucket with the cards that are missing. I can get access to the back card numbers if needed as well.

Again they are traveling around, but this seller has part of my 1956 Topps registered set as well as alot of my high end graded BGS cards (Cam Newtons, Jeter, Kershaw, etc) Thanks guys

Hi Sorry for keeping it vague as i'm not really can't discuss the details but if you have any questions please message me as I will answer everything to the best of my ability.

You're not helping yourself by not sharing some basic info like what part of the U.S. you live in, was it stolen from your home or a show, etc. I see an Adam Dunn bat knob in your link that was last sold on eBay on July 26. Were you the winner? If not, I have information regarding the sale.

I was part of a home invasion that sent me to the hospital. They robbed me of my collection. I am the buyer of the Dunn bat knob. Thank you for looking that up.

If it's on eBay and you bought it on eBay (proof of ownership) call the police. That's a slam dunk for them to get the person who robbed you...

No trouble at all, I have files on hand for all Dunn sales that hit the internet. Really sorry to hear about your trouble. Some people suck.

If your items are showing up on ebay with a certain seller, ebay has to know who the seller is along with paypal.

Have you been in contact with police?

Doesn't sound like a random act if they knew to go right after your card collection.. and just by browsing quick its a pretty high end type PC. Good luck getting them back.. hopefully you had insurance on them!

I have any everyone has extremely cooperative with turning over items they have and working with authorities.

I agree as it was not random. I believe I was targeted and thank you for the support

Just added this information in case anyone has any doubts to call the detectives below with any info:

First off, sorry for your loss and the entire situation. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Second, I don't see any Albert Belle stuff in your links (that is what I monitor nearly 99.9% of the time) but in the event I see any of your high end baseball cards, I know where to go.

Third, I'm know it won't make any of it better but I'm sure you can file an insurance claim on your home owners for partial $ on what was stolen... right? Pictures and documentation on eBay purchases for prices paid should help.

Last, welcome to the board and hope you not only get back everything taken from you but that you get back to enjoying the hobby one day and hopefully being a full-time member here.
