Number one, of course the prices are egregious. But number two, it looks like this guy has some total obvious fakes mixed in with some potential one of a kind items from what I can see? Unless this guy is a total scam artist. I'm also only focusing on the baseball patches I'm not even looking at the other sports.
IMO these are the obvious fakes:

1/1? More like 55/80...

Rarest patch ever? Numbered 5/10. I know Topps can be stupid, but no one would ever put a Robinson like that in a card #/10.

Three Munson nameplates, all numbered out of 10. Yeah, seems very plausible. He'll say that one of them is graded but those Topps Sterlings have got to be the easiest cards to fake, I can't tell you how many of those have been faked.
He also has some football and basketball tags that are numbered out of like 50 and 100. His other baseball patches are questionable at best and my gut feeling says fake on almost all of them, but here are two curiosities that made me think that maybe this is just some unsuspecting rich dude:

Could this one be real? It is a 1/1, it's encased and at least from the pictures it doesn't seem like the tape was removed. Though obviously you'd need to examine in person but that looks like it has a decent shot of being genuine just from what you can gather online. The proof would be getting it in hand.

This is the big oddity. The case looks in not great shape, but I can't see anywhere it's been opened and that certainly looks like the original case from that year. Could the guy have gone the extra mile and a half and somehow manufactured his own case? Sure, but it doesn't fit in with the rest of his pattern because those 3 Munson's are stupidly fake in my opinion. Sorry if there was a post about this already, haven't been on the boards a whole lot this week.
