Just wanted to know what color ink you guys thought this was. Blue or black?? I am very ocd on ink color on modern baseballs and for some reason this ball I can't figure it out

Looks like blue ink to me. A blue Bic.

Thanks. I guess in collecting we become picky on certain things- and this is mine. It's been driving me nuts bc it looks black to me at times and a really dark blue in others.

Due to the lighting - tbh - it could go either way. Much like the "blue & black/white and gold dress," the brain has a funny way of using contextual clues when presenting you with information.

Yup. It's dick Allen. It's jsa certified already. Thanks for the info - I guess it could go either way. Looks like it might be a navy blue bic pen like it was stated before- but it looks black to me at other glances.
