Someone you probably haven't heard of - Delvin Perez. As recently posted by KLaw, he's a current favorite to go in the top 5 picks of this year's draft after a great showing in a recent showcase. His only autos are found in Leaf Perfect Game showcase, which are experiencing a price spike.

hot - 2015 Panini EEE hand-collated set - IMHO crazy prices for a h/c base set compared to what I'm used to getting the EEE h/c set for in past years. I see names but are they big enough to make this year's set worth much more $$$ or did Panini limit the production of EEE this year that makes it worth more?

2011 leaf family guy printing plates. I'm not joking. I was getting these for less than $10 at release. They are consistently selling for over 40 now.

This is kind of unique, but often times players that you haven't heard from in a long time will see a big spike if ESPN makes a 30 for 30 about them. This one is a little different because he has been deceased for quite some time and was valuable before the movie; however the movie Concussion has brought some light to Mike Webster.

This one may be a couple weeks old, but in the process of being posted and being signed Kenta Maeda's Topps tribute cards saw a big jump from nothing to 10-15 bucks a pop, this was one of the biggest.

The 2015 Topps Heritage Kris Bryant Real One Auto, that are now in hand/redeemed, seem to be fairly hot.
