SGC graded card, thinking of having PSA crack it and review... Tips?

Hey guys,

I don't know if PSA offers this type of service, where they could review an SGC 92 graded card, and see if it would in fact be a PSA 9 by their standards, or would it be best to crack it and send it in raw? Card in question is the one in my avatar, the 1977 Chong Rickey Henderson.

PSA will not flip a 92 to 9. If you think SGC was too hard on the grade and you hope for a 9 you will need to crack and sub raw.

Good luck on whatever you chose. I think cracking is prob best option and I thing SGC cases can be fairly easy to do so. Keep the thread posted.

Just seems that if I were to sell it, I would leave money on the table due to it being SGC?

I typically crack out and resubmit if I think a card is under graded. It is a risk but if you have a good eye it is worth it
