Story already has more home runs than Bryant finished with last season when he won ROY.
And a higher avg, more homers and more rbi than Harper had when he won ROY.
And more homers and rbi than Ryan Howard when he won.
In fact, Story already has more homers than any NL ROY of the past 15 years except for Ryan Braun.
So if Seager slumps badly and his avg. drops below .300, and he only has 18 homers and 50 rbi right now, Story can still win.

Fulmer in the AL, but he needs to keep pitching well, or Kepler or Naquin could slip in.
Seager in the NL, and the same with him, or Story will get it.

Kepler is making a strong push for AL ROY. He's got an OPS above .900 this season and the home runs are coming around.

Seager, even before the Story injury, and Naquin would be my picks.

Agreed, I would like to hear more of this talk.
While he almost certainly won't win the MVP, he at least appears to be getting some attention in that direction.
