It occurred to me that the first player to be born in the 2000s will soon get a card. Perhaps as early as next year, the way that international players get signed at 16. At least I think they still do, not sure if anything's changed in the past few years since I really paid attention to that area of the game. Or has it happened already?
Anyone knowledgeable in this area care to venture a guess as to a name?
P.S. Yes, I do recall the debate about the 21st century beginning in 2001. I understand, the 21st set of 100 years began in 2001, but that argument seemed to have been lost.
