Posted these in the vintage thread but are worth posting here too. Used my ebay bucks towards these 2 nice signed vintage cards:

While wondering how stuff from Calif. always gets here faster in the mail than any other state, I got these 4 cool Jim Thome cards in today:

1995 Pinnacle Zenith Sample #51
2001 Leaf Rookies and Stars Sample #57
2002 Donruss Elite Sample #36
2004 Bowman Chrome Refractor #50

File these under ..."Never paid attention to the size". I have wanted one (or more) of these ever since I read the Baseball Card Almanac cover to cover. One of a variety of 50s/60s Dodger oddballs that I love to add to my collection. I have searched periodically and lost out on a set a few weeks back, then more popped up. This time I was able to snag Alston and Gillan, but still missed out on the one I want the most, Hodges. Oh well, maybe next time.

Anyway, I always just assumed these were around typical card size and even when they were presented in graded holders, I just never noticed. They are closer to postcard size, but still cool items to add. They were used to promo electronics.

Really like these. Never seen them before and love the oddball stuff.
