    Ruth/Gehrig auto

My 1930 autographed ticket arrived today! It was originally encased in a PSA holder, which the previous owner included. They decided that it would present better in a SGC case. I have copied the ticket, PSA case and a copy of info on the Wichita Falls Spudders, who the Yankees played for your viewing. The Yankee players on the ticket are:
    Babe Ruth
    Lou Gehrig
    Waite Hoyt
    Tony Lazzeri
    Herb Pennock
    George Pipgras
    Bennie Bengough
Roy Sherid (who was the losing pitcher that day)

Collector of Autographs, TTM autographs, Vintage, Yankees and Mantle
    Sets completed 1955-1965, 1967, 1969, 1951 Topps Red & Blue Back, 1951 Bowman, 1955 Bowman, 1963 Fleer, 1965 Topps Embossed, 1961 Topps Stamps, 1962 Topps Stamps & 1968 Topps Game.
Yankee needs: T207 Hoff, 1956 Rizzuto pin & some 1961 & 62 Topps stamp pairs. Need T209 Contentnea Roanoke players.dano 7 by Danny Secrist, on Flickr

Thanks! I love that it has the extra autographs and the history with it. And I wanted paper rather than a ball, as the leather fades/cracks.

Very interesting item! I would also rather have this autographed ticket over a baseball as it tells a greater tale.

Incredible item with those signatures of course, but I love the fact that it captures an element of baseball history that is near forgotten; the barnstorming tours. It's almost hard to imagine the biggest names in baseball touring the country and playing exhibition games because to supplement their salaries, but such was life for Ruth and Gehrig back in the day.

Really an incredible piece on so many levels! Enjoy it!

Congrats on a fantastic piece! Keep that thing away from Mouschi's scissors.
Looking for Juan Gonzalez cards from 2016 National Treasures. Please let me know if you have any!
