Ever use a phone number to contact a buyer?

I need to get a hold of a buyer but hes not answering messages. The address for him includes a phone number but ive never called a buyer. Has anyone else called a buyer or got called by a seller?

I have a few times before after several attempts through messaging failed. It's always worked for me.

I run an online business and sometimes customers don't respond to emails. If I have a phone number from Paypal/ebay/Amazon I'll call. I've never had a problem.

Called the guy, left a voicemail, he just called back and everything is fixed!

Have had a seller call me asking if I was interested in more cards of the player I purchased. Was kinda weird although he was nice enough. But not really what I have time for when at work.
