10% eBay bucks

HEADS UP: I just received an email stating I could earn 10% in eBay bucks by selling or buying until 11:59pm PST June 16th. I normally don't get those emails until the promo is already in effect and after I have received an eBay message. So I read the fine print in the email and it says the promo doesn't start until 5:00am PST tomorrow morning. So if you have received the email and were planning on buying something tonight just know the 10% will not work but if you have something on your watch list that ends the next couple of days.......good luck.

This is worded weird. So, list the item BEFORE June 16 and the auction must sell before 6/25 in order to receive 10% back. Is that how you guys understand it?
