    Pennsylvania Estate Sale

Wish I was on that side of the country. Lots of decent looking vintage.

Wow, tons of great cards there. Rough condition, but they will be great for collectors looking for a low grade example of a high end card (for Ruth's and Gehrig's)

Always awesome to see a "true" collector's collection.

Pretty surprised that Hunt Auctions didn't get this stuff. They're pretty busy in Pittsburgh nowadays...

Something looks off about this. I could just be extra suspicious, but a lot of those have that well worn look of fakes. I don't imagine everything would be fake, but there is a chance some of the Goudeys may be. The autographed binders are also interesting. Lots of scrubs, a few fan favorites and virtually no stars? Cherry picked or maybe someone who did autographs IP and never got anyone really good to sign?

That's basically in my parents' back yard. Might have to swing by.

Fun fact: legend has it that the first-ever MMA match took place in the hotel directly across the Allegheny River from there.
