    World Series (formerly ALDS/NLDS...)

Sale vs Verlander at 4 pm. Who wins? Who will step up for these teams? Any hunch?

I think winner of game 1 wins ALDS, at least in Stros'-Sox series.

Tribe should beat NY. But that feller Judge...he may steal the show.

I have no allegiance to either team.
I have cheered for both teams throughout various games during the season.
Both teams have players I like.
Both teams have players on my fantasy team
I've got some friends who cheer for the Sox and some who are Astros fans (all of them are imaginary or exist as avatars on the internet. Yes, I'm talking about you @scotty216brs).
So I'm just hoping to be entertained.

Surely Game 1 will not disappoint with Sale & big JV on the mound, two of my favorite AL pitchers.
Look, I'm gonna be honest with you. I really need a job. And I will take any position, as long as it doesn't involve having sex with old ladies for money or bear traps. Those are my two bugaboos. While mulling over my resume feel free to check out my baseball card collection, it's small and simple, kinda like me - >>>>> http://s822.photobucket.com/user/JDf...ds%20n%20stuff

    Smart pitchers for sure.

Check out arm on Sox rookie Maddox. FB got some giddy up with hair.

Price and Carson Smith are a nice road to Kimbrel also.

Isn't he the prospect who was recently called up in September? I remember hearing about a relief pitcher who has been dominant since his call-up but never caught the name.

Brings me to another comparison. Both teams have consistently elite farm systems (Both systems recently traded a good portion of top 100 guys but I have no doubt they'll fill right back up) and prospects I'm invested in (Chavis, ex-Red Sox Kopech, Tucker...also got some leftover A.J. Reed rotting away in the corner).

Nice stuff. I think all I have is a blue wave ref. auto. It will be interesting to see what his roll is going forward with the Nats.

What are your picks for the NL/AL CS? I need to place some bets soon.

Yankees in 6. Cubs in 7. Yankees WS Champs in.....6. If this actually is true, I'll have a contest for all Yankee fans and give with tremendous joy

What are the factors in your thinking about the Astros sweeping the Red Sox?

I think an Astros-Indians CS would be great, especially with both teams playoff history...

Sox and Indians. I think the pitching will win out.
