Apparently a world series and three division titles doesn't cut the mustard. I guess my standard not success is too low. The guy they hire better be nothing short of the second coming, that's all I have to say for now.

It was time.

I'm so very much hoping Alex Cora is the next manager.

Alex Cora or Gabe Kapler would be great picks. I think they need someone younger that the players can relate to. Farrell was not respected and had no control over the clubhouse.

I think that after the showing price has had the last two years, he would be a fool to opt out after next year. I think the Sox are stuck with him for the duration
