This must have taken a while. Definitely digging that Rockies and Mariners list. I'm gonna have to look at all the Cal League teams. Thanks for posting it

Bring me your Bickford, Ryan McMahon, Senzatela and Peter Lambert cards

Does Alex Kirilloff have potential to move up quite a bit depending on how he comes back from his injury? And was Jermaine Palacios close to cracking the Twins top 20?

And also, thank you for doing this. I always like to see your insight to everything, even if I don't comment on your posts, chances are pretty good that I read them all

Very impressive. Thank you for the time & dedication it took to do this!

Your Braves/D-Backs lists appear to be very similar to how I'd rank them myself & the top prospects are very accurately ranked among their organizations. This is good future info for some of the more relatively unknown top organizational prospects.

I like the Red Sox list to make an impact in the next year or two and potentially develop a few players in subsequent years.
Thanks for the MAJOR hours you put in on the MINOR leagues...you can all enjoy that clever word play...

Nice list. I have a minor disagreement here and there but it is solid. That's the lowest I've ever seen Delvin Perez ranked and the highest I've ever seen Jordan Hicks.

1) Alex Reyes - assuming he's the same after TJS this is a no brainer...but it is still TJS
1A) Carson Kelly - Best catching prospect in baseball thanks to the defensive floor. I'd be willing to rank him above Alex Reyes because of the TJS.
3) Jack Flaherty - Highest helium guy in the system. If the Cards are serious about getting a big bat he'll be headlining someone else's system soon.
4) Delvin Perez - Tools are all there to be an All Star shortstop. Can't wait to watch him mature.
5) Tyler O'Neill - The K's aren't unmanageable and the pop is legit. Unfortunately there isn't a ton of room for him in the majors with StL, barring a trade.
6) Sandy Alcantara - Kind of took a step backwards this year if you scout the stat line but the talent is still there.
7) Magneuris Sierra - I don't think he's ever going to hit much but the 70 defense in CF sure makes for a nice floor.
8) Harrison Bader - Could moonlight as a regular at all three outfield positions but ultimately a really good fourth outfielder with some pop and speed.
9) Ryan Helsley - My current favorite Cards prospect. He's got a legit shot at being a #3 starter, especially with the addition of a filthy cutter this year.
10) Randy Arozarena - The Springfield outfield sure was fun to watch thanks to Randy and the next two guys. Any or all of them will be 3-5 spots higher next year.
11) Oscar Mercado - Hope the bat holds up after the move away from SS. He could rocket up this list next year if it does.
12) Jose Adolis Garcia - Three legit centerfielders in Springfield this year and all three can hit, run, and go get it in the outfield.
13) Edmundo Sosa - The tools aren't loud but I can't help but watch him and see good Jhonny Peralta. He's a scratch average to a bit above shortstop thanks to positioning. He also has good feel to hit.
14) Dakota Hudson - Disliked this pick when it was made, still dislike the delivery, still dislike the profile. Can't argue he's been effective though. The Mike Leakes of the world have their place I guess.
15) Dylan Carlson - Loved this pick. This kid can flat out pick it at 1st base (quit playing him in the OF Cards) and I think he'll hit.
16) Jonathan Machado - Loved this signing when it happened and still do today. Mags Sierra 2.0 but with time to grow and fill out.
17) Austin Gomber - I don't know how he gets anyone out but I love watching him pitch.
18) Junior Fernandez - Huge fastball but doesn't strike anyone out. Reliever profile until he proves he actually has a clue where the ball is going.
19) Jordan Hicks - I want to see more innings but I like what I've seen so far. He could rise pretty quickly. This is the one guy I feel like I should rank higher but just haven't seen enough of him yet.
20) Terry Fuller - I expect him to be 5-10 spots higher on this list next year. Love this pick. This kid has pop for days.

Guys on the fringe:
The Cards are so deep in pitching. Jake Woodford, Zac Gallen, Alvaro Seijas, Connor Jones, and Johan Oviedo were all hard to leave off the list. All but Jones were on there in the 14-20 range at one point or another while I was typing this up.

Nice list. I have a minor disagreement here and there but it is solid. That's the lowest I've ever seen Delvin Perez ranked and the highest I've ever seen Jordan Hicks.

Perez had a horrific season, and his reported makeup issues prior to being drafted took a turn for the worse, from what I've read. Hicks on the other hand, broke out with regular triple digits and secondaries not far behind, developmentally. Ace in the making, IMO. (If I could just convince Topps to give him an auto.)

I saw Perez play this past summer with Johnson City against Danville. Perez looked solid defensively, but offensively, he looked lost. As J.P. alluded to, Perez was suspended for mouthing off to coaches and not hustling. The kid has a lot to learn for sure.

Perez's season was 140 plate appearances with a 12% walk rate and a 17+% k rate before he hurt his leg. The plus strike zone judgement and hit tool he is supposed to have show up in those numbers. It is very unlikely a hitter with 70 speed and a 55 hit tool continues to run a sub-.230 BABIP for long. I follow the Cardinals closely and haven't heard anything about any additional make up concerns. I'd love to see links for what you've read so I could see them first hand.

Hicks has the potential to jump the list quickly but until he actually shows it on the field I can't see ranking him over a lot of the other pitchers in the Cardinals system who have comparable tools and longer track records. Alcantara has a better track record and the triple digits with more developed secondaries. Helsley has triple digits and already has a plus curve, plus cutter, and the change flashes plus at times plus he can command all of them. Heck Fernandez has the triple digits and a plus plus change with a better track record.

Other than a benching after he got mad when striking out I can't find anything else about an actual suspension. The only people I can see making any kind of big deal about it are the writers at redbirddaily who have trashed several prospects they consider head cases like Carlos Martinez, Alex Reyes, and Lance Lynn. It isn't a concern for me that an 18 year old expressed his frustration angrily after a strikeout.

Following the tantrum he was demoted to the GCL, so clearly it was more than just a youthful indiscretion.
