I second that motion. Granted the A's have a deep system, but Neuse is more than worthy. He makes plenty of contact and doesn't K as much. Maybe they feel he won't project as a third baseman long term? Whatever the reason, it's a poor excuse to keep him outside the top 10.

BA just announced their top 100 list will be out Monday, which is much sooner than in previous years.
