I've recently started picking up autos of obscure Red Sox players from Topps Heritage that for whatever reason, I nearly completely avoided in the past. I don't particularity collect Heritage all that much (like some people go nuts over it) more than any other product.
Most of these guys hardly played for the Sox for very long but I still find it interesting to research them a little bit.
Not really sure why I avoided them, it's not like they are all that expensive, but I'm now glad that I've added them to my Red Sox PC.
Anyone else do something like this?

Here are a few of them....

I absolutely love them from Heritage, Fan Favorites, Archives, etc. One of the best ideas ever, although box breakers and resellers would obviously rather have the big name+ big $$ pulls.

I have even chased them not in a Dodger uniform to get the certified auto. in fact, that Schmitz never crossed my radar, but would fit the bill. Great way to get some lesser known/lesser collected players with certified autographs, rather than the same old TTM/IP cards.

I don't have photos handy, but guys I have grabbed include Billy Harris, Dick New, Irv Noren, Tim Harkness, Don Lund, Darrell Griffith, Bruce Brubaker, etc.
