Wonder if Topps will ever make a regular all horizontal set again, like the 1960 set.
Would you like it if they did?

I'd be very cool with that.

But I prefer it to be ALL horizontal as opposed to a mix.

And wasn't the first Stadium Club reboot ('15?) mostly horizontal?

I like it both ways, but agree with the sentiment of not mixing it up. All one way or the other.

I was thinking of the totally horizontal set that would be like 1960, 1956 or 1955. I think it would be something different and it has been quite a long time since it has been done. Love seeing the discussion!!!

When this topic comes up, it has it's defenders and detractors. If you want to have a horizontal set just because, I mean, sure, why not? Some of the best, most memorable photos are horizontal, but it would be hard to find 100+ cards that are all impactful and are best shown wide. It all works together, the design of the card and the photo being framed. If you can get a set full of something like this, it's great:

But be sure you don't get something like this:

Which in turn leads to this:

I have personally never shied away from horizontal cards being added to my collection and some of my favorites are horizontal. I would be interested in a horizontal set and singles, if the design elements are appealing to me. I especially enjoy the auto, horizontal cards because the quality is usually better from the extra provided space.
