The Carolina on the Southern side
For the most part I'm digging your top 20 rankings. As a biased Braves fan, I obviously believe you have the #2/#3 spots wrong. The names should be switched around. I'm actually not completely sold on Ohtani either but I'm well aware just about every one of these upcoming lists will have him listed as the #1 prospect so I can't argue. Surprised to see Gohara in the top 20 although I'm happy to see him getting some early appreciation. I love to see Tatis, Keller & Bichette up among the top tier names.

Disappointed to see Pavin Smith left off the list without even a runner-up mention but understandable, as he didn't hit for power in 2017. I have faith it will show up this year.

My sentiments exactly bmp1971 I was not expecting to see him listed so high. Still, it's hard to ignore that 10+ strikeouts per walk ratio he put up in Fort Wayne. A little surprised to see Hays ranked so high too but I like the kid so I ain't complaining.

Nice job J.P.

Thank you for the list J.P., all the time and effort.

7. Walker Buehler, RHP (Dodgers) - makes me nervous placing him in the top 20 even, too little IP'ed in lower levels and a propensity to give up the long ball.

41. A.J. Puk, LHP (A’s) - tall lefty that I personally see as a top of the rotation arm and deserving to be in the top 25.

68. Jon Duplantier, RHP (Diamondbacks) - another tall arm that is too low on your list for my taste, top 40 IMO.
