Great thread idea! I would add 1998 Donruss Elite Prime Numbers Die-Cut. Kind of a tricky set, serial numbers vary with players, Lofton has a Die-Cut /4.

I'll add that to honorable mention because the serial number varies, but that's a great call out.

I totally forgot about the other quads and I wasn't even aware of UD Exclusives Lvl 2.

I believe Skybox EX sets have 2 numbered parallels corresponding to the card set number, one going up, one going down. That is, for instance, a 120 card set, card #1 has a 1/1 version and a #/120 version. Card #2 has a #/2 and a #/119. And so on. If you want to make that distinction.

Man, I was looking for those cards throughout the 00s, and they would only come up very rarely on ebay in a straight auction, or reasonable BINs. I just looked for the first time in a year or so and there are a bunch listed with amazing prices. That McGwire /11 has been there a long time, and the seller keeps raising the price.

Yeah I included the EX in the honorable metions section of the list since it's more of a player by player serial # basis.

Great set!

I remember a guy pulling two of these out of 3 boxes. He wasn't even that impressed...

Good list. Still hoping to find a Grace Starting 9 someday.

Narrowly missing the cut are 1998 DLP Crusade Reds /25 and 1996 Select Certified Mirror Golds at /30.

There are 10 players [in order] that have an Emerald parallel numbered to 10 or less: Ruth, Griffey, Kerry Wood, McGwire, ARod, Chipper, Nomar, Jeter, Piaza, Clemens

Nice thread. I was pretty sure I'd be adding on the Roy Firestone auto's #/8 but it's in there! The only one I have off the top of my head would be another pacific honorable mention: 1999 Crown Royale Pivotal Players FanFest #/20

Wow some great additions I had missed! Question though, is the 1997 Pinnacle Mint Solid Silver Coins serialed number to 20 or is it a stated print run of 20 or one of those "1 of 20" designators?

Your additions pushed the list to Top 25...so many Pacific serial sets. If the 1997 Pinnacle Sold Silver is indeed a individual serial numbered set I'll have to add it to the list and pushed the beloved 24kt off the Top 25.

Also does anyone have a picture of a the 1999 Pacific Invincible Giants of the Game or Pinnacle Mint Solid Silver (front/back photo)?
