The QuickOpinion service is now available through eBay. Just look for that little button within the "Payments" section of an eBay autograph listing. Get all the info you need on psacard.com/quickopinion/ebay.
Interesting- If there is an item I want, I will hit the BIN, then file the QO, guarantying that the item is mine while I assume the cost of the QO. I would not pay for a QO and leave an auction open since someone else might grab the item.
If the QO fails, I contact seller and tell them details and have the transaction cancelled.
But still nice to see EBAY attempt to help collectors.
