Anyone ever build their own frame/display for memorabilia??

A while back I got to spend some time with Mike Tyson.
After years of butting heads, we finally agreed that Las
Vegas is indeed big enough for both of us.
Got a few things signed, including a WBC replica belt.

(Against my wife's "recommendations") I wanted to
display it in a cool way.
I like the look of a lot of these custom frames you see
online, but there always seems to be something I would
have done differently.

After a few weeks of messing around on MSPaint (I'm
not technologically advanced enough for photoshop), I
came up with a design that I liked, and began attempting
to build my own.

Etsy, Home Depot, and about $50 later. here is the
almost-finished product. I still need to put it in an actual
glass frame, but I think it turned out pretty good for
someone who has always been more of a visionary than
a carpenter.
