I had been looking for almost a year to get the silver embossed refractor. I hit a BIN and wouldn't you know it another one shows up in a few weeks later. Can't complain though I really like the card and wanted to finish off the 1997 finest cards.

I was leaning towards blue also. Got these 3 in the mail today. Got them from a seller who got them the first week of spring training when he signed almost daily after the practices. notice the full signatures. he was not in a rush as opposed to the quick ballparks he gave me before the games. next year im doin the practices.

this hands down has probably been one of the best 1-2 months as far picking up some sweet mcgwire items for my collection. Just got these in today.....

It actually cost me nothing since i sold a Jordan Auto'd card, that i basically do not cherish as much as i would have for this card. Thanks to a member for giving me heads up to aquire it...not to mention i now can stop drooling at Joe's bucket when i see this card. And it never shows up on ebay.

it has be because it's # 1. But recently the signed steiner bats, and other bats that have at least have his name on the barrell, have been selling higher in the last month. I remember when you could get them for 175-250 range. dam man, i wanted you to win that

It has to be because of #1. They sell for around $250-$325 usually. Dang, I thought I had it. I remember seeing the same thing on a Steiner ball, it was #1 and went for stupid money.

Big Mac....loving the Sosa/McGwire.

I got an unexpected McGwire in today. I'm working on expanding my rookie collection, and I received an anonymous package from a TCC member.

One of the cards was a 1985 Modesto Mark McGwire RC PSA 8. I'm not certain if it's the corrected or error version though since I'm not at home. Probably the corrected.

So I am new on here. You guys have some pretty good looking cards, was just running through some past postings. I collected Mcgwire for years and have recently gotten back into card collecting again. I did take a little time and compile a list of cards I am looking for currently. Let me know if anyone has any that they are interested in selling or trading for or any other oddball cards you might think I would be interested in. My collection is currently probably around 1900 different McGwire cards and probably around 4000 total. I have mostly collected 1998 and prior. The listing posted in a bit messy, but hopefully is understandable. Hope you guys are all doing well.
