These are the cards I mentioned last week; just dug them up for a scan. The fronts look like the Commemorative /100 parallel, except the name and UD logo are in flat foil (like the base cards). Backs are same as base card as well, no numbering. Don't know exactly what they are but I don't recall seeing others like them.

dug out my 1/1............ dont have a /100 to compare it to, but the UD Logo isnt holo nor the Griffey name on the side and the small black box on the bottom right isnt either but the rest of the card is on the front back is not either

but the Griffey Name and UD Logo is Gold

The Commemoratives /100 should have the UD logo, name, and uniform # in holofoil.

I believe there are still several different non-numbered silver holo foil copies up labeled everything from base to commemoratives to commemorative gold. They're a little more inconspicuous than the golds.

I admit I know little about this issue. Does this particular card come in different parallels or not? It looks like a refractor type finish, but then again, maybe they all look that way.

Bought this 6-card lot for $20 at a weekend mall show (in a 75% off box). The Thomas is 2003 refractor /99, Bonds is 2004 die-cut /100, Jeter is 2005 studio portraits /30 (TT back), and Clemens is studio portraits /25 (TT back). The other 2 cards are 1990's inserts, but the Ryan is a tough 1998 refractor.

Nice grabs, those '03 Pristine's are beauties.

Ahhh mall shows... been years since I've seen one of those... I even did one back when I was in high school; buddy and I split a table.

I have seen a lot of these 2000 Pacific Paramount Fielder's Choice cards that have just the gold webbing and no serial # on them. This is what I think is the real version: all gold on the back and a serial # printed. Anyone know any additional back-story on this issue?

I've picked up a decent amount of should-be-#'ed-but-aren't Pacific inserts. My guess is that a bunch were released when Pacific lost their baseball license, similar to the Fleer bankruptcy cards.
