Burbank had a bunch of stuff, cheap, which I bought last week. The list above is nowhere to be found. Some of it, rightfully so, because they are pretty rare overall. The other stuff....who knows.

It's so frustrating to be so close to completion, yet so far away.

Good luck to ya brother! I know Burbank has been pretty dang good lately about having harder to find pacific stuff. Nothing major and nothing all that rare. I mean some of their(Pacific) stuff was a dime a dozen as far as the hobby seems to be concerned. They get no love. But it's pesky stuff that feels damn good to be done with.

It's been awhile since I've been able to add one to the PC:

I saw that too! Did you hit it at $10 or make an offer? If it had been a cool pic of Buhner I would have taken it. Like that little picture in the bottom right of the card - why didn't they use that action shot? Sigh...

Made an offer. I was tempted to pay full price but I saw it a day after it was posted so I figured you'd seen it already and passed.

While I'm mostly a player collector, I also chase the random oddball set from time to time, one such chase ended today with the receipt of Kirby Puckett in the 1995 Pinnacle Pins Redeemed set. This is actually the 3rd Puckett I've purchased, but first to make it to my doorstep. The first was lost in transit, another went unsent by a seller who was shortly thereafter NARU'd, but this one made it, and for 1/5th of the price I've seen it sell before. Patience is a virtue.

This wasn't an easy project and wouldn't have been even if I had been willing to pay insane prices for these little guys...some of them rarely come around.
