^ nice get, /150 very misleading on availability. I continue to maintain that 99/00 Upper Deck stuff (for the most part) is quite undervalued and very underappreciated.

Yup, very hard to find the Quads, and even harder to find for good prices. I'd guess many of those 150 are long tied up in collections, and aren't ever seeing the light of day. Never even found these in bargain boxes at shows, and I've found Frank Thomas Flair Legacys for a dime before!

Samho's 1992 Donruss Super Diamond Kings (jumbo cards) ended tonight, some strong sales.

    Ripken - $1,100
    Clark - $611
    Johnson - $221
    Boggs - $178
    Bagwell - $153

looks like ~$3,000 for all 27 cards. A PSA graded set (mostly 7s & 8s) sold on H&S just 3 years ago for $1,600.

Impressed at the strength of the supers. A partial set break sold very quietly yesterday. Condition was lesser with some snow. Nice deals to be found:

OMG, I am mad I missed those. Woulda been a player on all. I bid on most tonight but got beat out on all but the Clark. The Clark was an upgrade condition wise for me and I'll try to move my other one. It was a strong price but less than they have sold for a lot less than I sold another copy for. I really wish I woulda caught the ones yesterday and feel bad for those who one tonight that coulda gotten a better deal. Is what it is. This though IMO is justification of do certain sellers, say Samho, PWCC etc have a following, I think it's clear.

All sold except the Frank Thomas. I think the seller kept that one. It's also a heavy hitter. I sold one for $1800 in 2012 and had a "if you find another" offer on another. I think the Clark ended up at a steal. I've sold 2 or 3 myself, all significantly higher than that one.

I'm not sure if you looked at the link Chipper posted, but those sales were horribly low. Like $35 for Randy, $25 for Bags, $250 for Frank . I would have quadrupled those prices, that's not to say the high bidder still wouldn't have one, but those were sad.

They were rough, or at least not NM-MT, almost all had snowing, white marks. I knew those would sell for significantly less. Samho's were much nicer.

Yes, that is true I guess on the condition, still was surprised not to see more activity I guess. I am hoping the Clark is as good as it looks from Samho when it arrives.

Now this is impressive. A complete set of 1998 Legacy AND 1999 Legacy. All rows. All players in the set. Who wants to pitch in? It's "only" $10,000 and $7,500.
