Crazy that I picked this up tonight, on the exact 20th Anniversary of it being issued!

Ok, here's a tough one I had never seen before. It's on the Beckett player list, so it's bugged me for a long time. If anyone else has one, would love to see it.

1998 Paramount Inaugural #138 Mark Grace #/20

This 50-card set was issued at SportFest 98 which was held in Philadelphia to debut the 1998 Paramount set. The fronts feature color action player photos with silver foil printing and a gold foil inaugural stamp. The backs carry another color photo with the player's career statistics. Only 1,000 total cards were produced. As a wrapper redemption available only at the show, 20 of each card were serially numbered. Due to market scarcity, no pricing is provided.

Really hard to see, but the serial number is written in red ink right below the gold embossed stamp. This is #16/20.

Did they make one of every player in the 1998 Paramount set? If so, I've never seen a Jeter.
Are the cards numbered diffetently than the regular set? From baseballcardpedia.com:

Inaugural is a 50-card partial-parallel distributed to attendees of the SportsFest '98 card show in Philadelphia. To receive one (and only one) Inaugural card, collectors had to purchase and open an entire 36-pack box of 1998 Paramount at Pacific's SportsFest '98 corporate booth. Collector's could then take one (and only one) card from each of the 36 packs they just opened and have them embossed with a special "SportsFest '98" logo.

Each Inaugural card has the same "SportsFest '98" embossed logo, but in gold foil and are serial-numbered to 20.

So as some of you may or may not know, I was trying to complete the whole run of 1997 Bowman’s Best Mirror Image. I finally acquired the last card I needed, the Atomic Piazza MI4. So as promised, here are the pics of them all together. Base, Refractor and Atomic Refractor. Also posted are my most recent pickups as well.

Love the Starquest Gold !! I have a damaged Gold Clemens= still looking for a decent shape one.

Bunch more Tek Golds slabbed. Due to BGS imploding on cheap stuff subbing small amounts on 10 day instead. Slow progress as I can only do a few at a time.

The reverse doesn't show real well on the 8 but bottom left reverse has chipping not apparent to the eye. Never have had much time to waste pouring over a cards condition. I just like knowing I have a version = grade in the end really doesn't matter - they'll get popped if not gem IF I ever sell.

Now have the base 1998 Leaf Heading For the Hall. Thanks to someone who had time to look at eBay daily and let me know it was there ( I've been too busy moving/working)

Which goes with my prior slabbed Sample version ( I'll scan back once I locate the card again )

I have a bunch of new 2000-2007 version BGS & PSA slabs to catch up will try and post some more back from grading when I can
