My wife and I had had a pretty crappy day dealing with bank stuff yesterday, but when the mail came, I found a priority box from our very own Kevin! 
I opened it up to find a great birthday card (always appreciated), and these TWO beauties:
First, a gorgeous cut auto of the amazing author of "Roots", Alex Haley! If you haven't read the book, I can't recommend it strongly enough. Very powerful book!
As if that weren't enough, there was also this, my very first Donruss Crusade card of one of my favorite modern era Angels, Garret Anderson! Now I see what the fuss is about these cards; it is gorgeous!
So, once again, thank you Kevin! Not the first time Kevin has sent me a gift out of the blue. Truly a generous man.
