I pulled this myself on Christmas day back in 1996. It was a huge pull at the time. Marbury was still good and it was the first year of autographics.

I am a Kemp collector. Thanks for the offer but I've already got one of those graded, that's a beauty though. I just sent off a portion of my Kemp PC in to BGS to get graded last week. We'll see what happens. :?

here is an update on the sets im working on. Tomlinson I got all those fusions in. Here they are/

1996 Hoops Power Palette set (missing just the MJ)
scan0001-1.jpg

93-94 Ultra Scoring Kings set.
scan0002-1.jpg

98 skybox Thunder Lift off set (Love this set. Looks so cool in black and white with atomic refractor)
Check out the Kerry kittles. MJ and Pippen on the card. Otherwise the checklist sucked on this one.

93-94 Skybox Premium Dynamic Dunks
scan0004-1.jpg

93 Ultra Famous Nicknames
scan0005-1.jpg

UD Behind the glass
scan0006-1.jpg

scan0007-1.jpg

And the ridiculous 98 Metal fusion set. I like this set because of the laser etching cut out of the players faces. I took the first scan with the door closed and the rest open. Turned out pretty funky

I have a bunch more inserts from the 90's of guys like Pippen, Antoine Walker, Shareef Abdur-Raheem, Stephon Marbury, Allen Iverson, Scottie Pippen, and others. I used to heavily collect basketball in the 90's.

Well, Another great factor! It brings us back to good memories of the time when collecting was fun. These 90's inserts are like a time machine back when we were younger.

Love seeing some of these inserts that were all the rage back in the day. Remember when anything numbered at all was a huge pull but when you dig into all these subsets there are obviously some really scarce stuff out there. Great to see that there are more and more collectors that focus on the inserts!

I totally agree about seeing all of the great inserts from the 1990s and the like.

I talk about the following two cards (and more great 1990s cards) in my next video episode:

https://linguasportscards.com/2017/05/12/video-25-recent-pickups-1990s-basketball-cards/

While not the most expensive/valuable sets by any means, Upper Deck did a great job with inserts in 1999/00 HoloGrFX. For example, this Kobe NBA 24-7 Gold is gorgeous.
