Sounds like a miscommunication issue... Your PM said you were waiting on the outcome of a possible deal on the Denney with Steve-o-Reno and you'd get back to me the next day if it fell through, so I was expecting to hear back from you and waited as patiently as I could. Not a problem and just to be clear, I only said the offer is off the table because I spent the money elsewhere in the meantime... It is certainly nothing personal! I'll be back another day
