Not long after Tatis did his thing, Nomar Garciaparra hit two grand slams, but not in the same inning, but in the same game. He also hit two home runs in the same inning (and a grand slam, a 3rd homer) in a different game.

Apparently Nomar is the only one to hit two grand slams in the same game at home: http://sabr.org/gamesproj/game/may-10-1999-nomar-garciaparra-hits-two-grand-slams-drives-10-runs

So I guess that fact can make up for Nava tying Kouzmanoff's record, giving us 11 feats still that have only happened once in MLB. :)
