Evening folks, just got done with going to the gym, now I am attending to my "Mr Mom" duties. You know you have actually put some work in the gym when you throw up after a 90 minute workout, it hurt so good!

Sounds good. I have pretty similar splits but the full body and my off days are cardio

I start all my workouts with a 30 cardio session, either on a treadmill, the track, or swim a few laps

I don't blame you one bit for getting the AC fixed. Mine went out a year and a half ago, and summers are miserable for me so I can't imagine what its like for you down there. If I didn't have the sun roof, I would probably consider getting it fixed

Puking after a workout is not good.

Work day done. At the job center for my oldest and a friend. Hopefully he finds something. Hard this time of year as everyone is starting to come into town and hire for summer but he'll be gone.
